Our items are carefully selected directly from manufactures around the world. All orders are shipped from the United States.

What type of payments do you accept?

What is the shipping price?
Answer :
We offer FREE shipping on all orders totaling $100 or more in the United States. All domestic orders under $100 ship for $7.99 and typically arrive within 2-4 business days.  Shipping rates for orders shipped to Canada are calculated by the total weight of your items and revealed at checkout. 
How long will it take to get my order?
Answer :
As a small boutique shop selling trendy clothes & accessories, our standard shipping takes 1-2 days for processing, then 2-4 business days for domestic orders and up to 12-26 days after processing for delivery on items shipped internationally. Depending on the amount of items in your order, some of our items will ship separately, so you may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with unique tracking numbers. 
It's been too long, where is my order?

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse and delivered to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items or wrong addresses entered into the system.
I ordered something, but I want to cancel.

Since we aim to process orders within 12-24 hours of receiving them, we do not accept cancellations.
My order arrived, but I received the wrong items.

Please contact us at help@ibeofreefashions.com and provide us with your order number. If we’re at fault, you can send us back the items and we’ll send you out the correct items at our cost or issue store credit if the item is no longer in stock.
My order arrived and I want to change the size/color.
Answer :
Please contact us at help@ibeforeefashions.com and provide us with your order number. You can send us your item back and, if available, we will send you a new item with the updated size. We recommend checking the sizing guide prior to purchase. If unsure, the best route would be to size up as sleeves and pant legs can be rolled up and your child will grow into the larger size.  *Shipping costs will be at your expense. Please contact us first to be sure that the item can be exchanged. 
My order arrived, but I want to return it.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at help@ibeforeefashions.com and we will be happy to come to a resolve. While we do offer exchanges, please note that we only provide refunds in the form of store credit.
